Ferme-Neuve area provides small game enthusiasts ample hunting opportunities on public land that covers approximately 200 square miles. Native species includes grouse, snowshoe hare and woodcock. Numerous beaver ponds, marshes and lakes similar to which the one in front of the cabin, allow you to add waterfowl to your game bag. Non-residents unfamiliar with the area and Québec's hunting regulation can opt for a guided stay to include meals. Please contact me for details. If you are not in need of said package, please refer to the cabin rental page of this website.
During moose hunting season, I'm often completely booked, although it's sometime possible for me to organize a hunt at a local outfitter who has, year after year, a respectable success rate. Québec's hunting regulation require two licensed hunters per single moose. The price is dependent upon date, territory and number of hunters. Please inquire.
